"The Water Bearer" 2011

Acrylic on ply, framed in recycled timber, 100cm x 68cm

Here stands The Water Bearer, holding flowers of Orchid, Golden Rod, Bird of Paradise.  Other elements connected with the sign of Aquarius appear, including fruit trees of pear and apple.  Aquarius is also associated to birds with the ability to make long flights, so I chose the Arctic Tern to include in this composition.
