Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact helen@helengpearsonart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and reasonable proof of damaged goods.  I will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
